
Steeper Route for me!
I am frustrated!
Apparently I am unable to button my loose jeans. I have this apparent gut that isn't going away. My kids take notice and pull at it as if to say 'is this real?'
I do not like it at all and has sent me into a get in shape and eat better mode. So I am looking at the patterns in which I eat and am changing it. I am going to shock my body by eating things I know I should but don't. My self makeover starts now. I have been jogging in the mornings and evenings. I bought provisions to make myself healthy lunches and snacks for work this week. No more junk. No more hammering down one large meal a day.
Ugh. I hate what I have done to my body. I used to be able to eat what I want and not care. That joy ride is over.

Just storing them for you buddy!
Maybe your metabolism is too high and you need to actually run less often but faster for shorter distances: it will build bigger muscles that burn more calories rather than leaner muscle that is more efficient at running but burns less . . . finally some real insight into your blog life.
